Progressive Grocer challenged retailers and solution providers to come up with winning meal solution concepts. Upon researching the award and publication, I drafted a submission to the Shopper Engagement award category highlighting the innovative marketing and sales tactics Mariano Events brings to its in-store demo campaigns. In August 2019 it was announced that Mariano Events was selected as a runner-up in the Shopper Engagement category and would present at the 2019 Total Meal Solutions Summit in Austin, Texas. I also wrote up a company summary, as shown below, featured in the August 2019 Progressive Grocer Magazine Issue.
